Hi! This time I will come out with this article which is can make me a big trouble if Bill Gates know it's came from me..haha..sorry MR. Millionaire.
I know that some of you might face this problem. Why ? It is because your Windows are not Genuine!
How to solve this? There are few steps that you have to follow:
1) Backup your computer's hard drive data and files. It is essential to save and make copies of all personal files before making modifications to your personal computer. You may either use blank CDs or DVDs, an external hard drive, a USB flash drive, or an online backup service such as Mozy.com.
2) Press CTRL-ALT-DELETE on your keyboard to open the Microsoft Windows Task Manager on your computer. Click the wgatray.exe program in the list of running programs. Click "End Task."
3) Click the Start menu button in the lower left hand corner of the PC screen and restart Windows XP in safe mode.
4) Click the Windows XP Start menu button and select My Computer. Open C:\\Windows\System32. Delete the wgatray.exe file. Double-click the folder that says "dllcache." Delete the wgatray.exe file in that folder, as well.
5) Click the Start menu and select "Run." Open the Windows XP Registry Editor by typing "regedit.exe" in the Run box. Delete the "WGALOGON" file in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonNotify. Search for "wgatray.exe" (without the quotation marks) and delete any references to that program in the computer Registry.
6) Restart your computer in standard Windows XP mode (not safe mode). You have successfully deleted the Windows XP Genuine Warning. Now that Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications are disabled, you can focus on productivity without being bothered by constant popups and warnings.
That's All ! Bye !

WARNING!
Deleting the Windows XP Genuine Warning merely stops the dialog boxes from appearing. You still need a genuine, licensed copy of Windows XP to access Microsoft Windows' online services.

The best suggestion and hints you gave me. Thanks a lot and God bless. . . . .
